Sup, iam Barbara Wright, Don’t work too hard.

Ugh, it’s so hot out! This temperature is unbearable. I’m melting like an ice cream cone in the sun! It’s so uncomfortable that I can’t even think straight. Yikes! I need to find a way to cool off fast.

What Temperature Is Uncomfortable Hot? [Solved]

Yikes! When it’s between 90˚ and 105˚F, you could get heat cramps or exhaustion. So, take it easy in that range. But if it gets to 105˚-130˚F, watch out - heat exhaustion is more likely. And if the temp goes over 130˚F, you’re in serious trouble - that’s when heatstroke can happen.

  1. Heat Stress: Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can cause heat stress, which can lead to fatigue, dizziness, and dehydration.

  2. Clothing: Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing to help keep your body cool and reduce the risk of heat-related illnesses.

  3. Hydration: Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day to stay hydrated and prevent dehydration in hot weather.

  4. Sun Protection: Wear sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 when outdoors in order to protect your skin from sunburns and other damage caused by UV rays.

  5. Rest: Take frequent breaks in a cool area if you are working or exercising outdoors during hot weather conditions in order to give your body time to rest and recover from the heat stress it is experiencing.

It’s scorching in here! I’m so uncomfortable, it’s too hot for me. Ugh, I can’t take it anymore. This heat is unbearable!
