Is 7 Year Old A Toddler? [Solved]
Well, when it comes to toddlers, experts are in agreement: they’re usually between one and three years old. That’s according to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). So there you have it - 12 to 36 months is officially considered toddler age.
Developmental Milestones: At this age, toddlers should be able to walk independently, use simple words and phrases, and understand basic instructions.
Nutrition: Toddlers need a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins and dairy products to ensure proper growth and development.
Safety: It is important to childproof the home environment by covering electrical outlets and securing furniture to walls or floors to prevent falls or other injuries.
Sleep: Most toddlers need 11-14 hours of sleep per day including naps during the day as well as nighttime sleep.
Socialization: Toddlers should be exposed to other children their age in order for them to learn how to interact with others appropriately through playtime activities such as singing songs or playing games together.
This little toddler is just a year old, but already so full of life! She’s always on the go, running around and exploring her world. She’s constantly learning new things and growing up so fast - it’s amazing to watch!
