Can A 22 Shoot A Deer? [Solved]
Well, you can’t just go shooting deer with a .22LR! It might be able to kill one if you hit it in the right spot, but it’s not legal for hunting deer in most states. That’s ‘cause it doesn’t have enough oomph to make sure the deer dies quickly and humanely.

Get a license: You will need to obtain a valid hunting license in order to legally hunt deer in most areas.
Choose your weapon: Decide which type of weapon you will use for shooting deer, such as a rifle or bow and arrow.
Practice shooting: Make sure you practice shooting your chosen weapon before going out on the hunt so that you can be accurate when it comes time to shoot at a live target.
Scout the area: Spend some time scouting the area where you plan to hunt so that you can get an idea of where deer may be located and what their habits are like in that particular area.
Wear camouflage clothing: Wear clothing that is designed to blend into your surroundings so that deer won’t be able to spot you easily while out on the hunt.
Use decoys or calls: Utilize decoys or calls if necessary in order to attract deer closer for an easier shot at them from a distance away from your location if needed .
8 . Be patient : Remain patient while waiting for an opportunity for a good shot at a deer, as they may not always appear right away when out on the hunt .
